      Salary- Less than 0.5% of territory revenue. Long hours including weekends,early mornings, and late nights Limited advancement opportunities

      Pros

      Busy work for nine months out of the year, good benefits.

      Cons

      Very rarely got a Saturday off during the slow portion of the year because upper management will not hire enough people. Layoffs are too long and there is work to be done during the downtime to prepare for the new season. Techs work hard all season long and get laid off while management sits in the office and do much of nothing.
