      Pros

      Company Car, 401K, Insurance, Internet and phone paid for. Good salary if you make bonus.

      Cons

      Not diverse, company's direction seems to change every year. I'd be afraid to work in the corporate office because of all the changes that are made. Difficult to find seasonal help to get your job done. Bonus based on sales that are VERY weather dependent, despite what upper management has to say. Little to no training in products, management, etc. Expected to be available 24/7.
