Not much of a personal life/free time in the months of February-June, and August-early October. Hours are very demanding, you are managing usually 12+ stores so it’s constant calls from store KDMs trying to get you to come help them, when district priorities come out you have to get them done at all stores which can be a lot of work. Higher ups at the company come around multiple times a year to check your stores and if you’re not on top of your work they will put you on trial and watch your stores hard and if you don’t improve you will be let go. Company stopped giving out bonuses the past 3 years due to a lack of profit and a plummeting stock price. Benefits were taken from multiple people and hundreds were laid off. You’re also in charge of merchandising about 8 different businesses so there is a lot of stuff you have to be paying attention to in store

Lots of overtime and no family time
