      Great Benefits 401k Pretty much on your own You meet some cool people Techs are easy to get along with

      Long days!!! Service calls can get out of hand impossible to hit daily goal on regular basis lack of communication with customer service reps cant communicate with customers cause you have to hit goal sales guys will screw techs just for a sale and mis measure property

      Make your own hours. Good communication from management about store level projects. A high level of personal customer service. A great product to represent.

      Cons

      Can be a dirty job at times. Most of the other M/Cs are overqualified for the job. Store and department management can be a pain.
