      Pros

      Travel and base pay. You need to be in a good market. Scotts and Miracle Gro are easy to sell.

      Cons

      If your not a manager, travel expenses are out of your own pocket. Managers only get cars. Sometimes it is a lot of labor and dirt.

      Good entry level pay, learning environment for new hires. Friendly, easy commute to from urban to suburban. Great place to start a career or if looking for opportunity to change career direction. Much opportunity for starting at entry level.

      Cons

      Extremely limited professional growth potential, again great for entry level development. No development plans for educated, career focused progression. Extremely difficult environment for vertical movement. Limited local talent pool.
