      Company Car and lunch. In addition, get to use products for testing on your lawn. Get a phone and laptop.

      Cons

      Company does not want experience from within. If you have been there longer than 10 start to worry.

      Pros

      Good perks depending on your situation in addition to salary and benefits. The work can be rewarding and gives you access to situations that you wouldn't normally have.

      Cons

      Can be incredibly dysfunctional at times. The constant shifting and changing creates some jaded employees and makes you wonder how much better things could be with a consistent vision.
