      Pros

      Decent benefits and and freedom to manage your territory.

      Cons

      Upper management cares very little about the mid to low level sales reps. Bonus incentive is tied in with many others so despite the fact that you may have a great year your bonus will be 0$ if other reps preform poorly.

      Don't train you at all before you start your job. You start one day and they expect you to know how to do your job with no training.
