Pros
A family-oriented culture that cascades from the exec suite and down. The best benefits package I've ever received from an employer. Tons of employee engagement events throughout the year. Success comes quickly to those who work hard, listen to direction, and can 'move-n-shake' in the fast-paced, seasonal environment.
Cons
An opinionated/out-spoken exec team so you cannot be easily offended. It can be 'old school' when it comes to work-place flexibility with little opportunity to work remotely or not in a corporate office. A lot of recent acquisition work creates constant change, uncertainty, and a bit of chaos amongst the business, associates, and leadership team.
