They are not for family. Forced overtime a lot. Work almost every single weekend from the months of October-April. Never recognized for hard work. There is also major favoritism within management (they have very poor management) that doesn’t care about the work and others. No advancement opportunities. Management only hires friends of theirs that they’ve worked with in other areas inside the plant in the past. They also treat new hires and temporary employees so bad and like they are all stupid. They want to get rid of them as soon as they start without giving people a chance. There is so much hate. If you’re a women they don’t accommodate anything for pregnancy but give you the only option to take disability leave.
