      Pros

      Allows me to work at my own pace. At the end of my visit, I can see that I've made a difference. Most store employees and customers are grateful for our help. Great job for people that need flexibility

      Cons

      It's a Seasonal position only. No benefits. If the company isn't making the profits they forecast, they can cut hours drastically or end the position for the year with little notice.
