      SMG has a tendency to promote individuals who prioritize alignment over constructive challenge, which has contributed to leadership gaps. Additionally, the CEO has demonstrated unprofessional conduct in executive leadership meetings

      When the hot summer or winter hits business slows down so you can take a break! Benefits of PTO, Helath, dental and eye, and the flexibility to do your job without micro management ...as of now.

      Cons

      Long spring hours Monday-Sunday 7 days a week, communication on sales and company news is horrible. It looks like they will sell and split the company anytime! Pay is way out of touch for the position. Every sales manager deserves a 20% increase! The upper management at corporate needs a face lift. Complete change. They are going through so many transitions of firing and reorganization its scary. Things are changing so fast and they seem to have no faith in sales anymore with their decisions. Sad times for Scotts and what it use to be.
