Pros
Scrapbook.com is a fantastic place to work where employees are genuinely valued. The company fosters a collaborative and supportive culture that encourages personal and professional growth. The leadership team is approachable and I've had CEO's that were intimidating and I was scared to bother, but not here! There are super fun employee engagement games and activities and monthly company lunches! There are a range of perks that contribute to an overall positive and fulfilling work experience for me!
Cons
I can't think of the cons of working here! I've been here for a year and a half and I can't think of anything.

Pros
Everyone is genuine, collaborative, and encouraging of growth (both personal and professional). There are plenty of opportunities to build relationships and connections with other coworkers. Leadership is consistent, communicative, and inclusive.
Cons
Some warehouse hours are rigid, but it's efficient. People are still cared for.
