Pros

Positive, people-centric culture. Growing company that is also maturing; for example, with the addition of 401k matching and paid parental leave. Tons of talented teammates. Meals three times a day. Healthy work-life balance. Strong leadership. Emphasis on cross-functional teams and relationships. Great product.

Cons

I'm struggling to come up with any cons. Like any job, not every day is great; but the bad days are few and far between. The company is growing, which comes with the usual challenges, but the leadership team is very intentional about assuring that the company matures as it grows while maintaining the culture that made this company great to work at when it was smaller.

Pros

Friendly people. No office politics. People care about the quality of their work. Plenty of growth opportunities for entry/mid level employees. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner everyday. Good work/life balance. Not as strict as a regular corporation, but definitely not as relaxed as a start-up.

Cons

Lots of legacy and tech debt issues. Competing priorities.

Pros

Thanks to the size of the company and the teams, you get to take ownership over different parts of the product and do not feel just like a small cog in a big machine, but that your work actually impacts the company. Management pushes you to improve but also supports new initiatives you bring to the table. The company is always testing out new ways to deliver better product to its users, and so you get to work on a variety of projects. Everyone is really keyed in on user empathy and you can tell that we build everything with the end user in mind. Catered meals three times a day and the coffee runs are huge perks. Quarterly bonuses are appreciated and good for morale. Also the company provides really good work life balance and is very flexible about what hours you are in office, as long as you deliver good work.

Cons

They recently changed their health insurance offerings so I'm not sure if they're quite as good as before, but in general seems good for single people but not as good for families. No 401k match and nominal stock options.

we truly appreciate your feedback. We did change medical and dental plans and we now have better plans for our employees. Both Blue Shield and Kaiser now have lower co-pays and drug prescriptions costs as well as much lower costs for emergency room visits, lower out of pocket maximums, and lower family deductibles. We pay 100% of the cost for employees and there is a 50% costs for dependents.
