My team was downsized right before we started work on our biggest project to date. My work to step up and ensure our project was still completed on time has been largely unrecognized.

Nice environment, nothing else to say really.

Cons

I stayed there 18 months, huge problem with top leadership, they think they own people, they downright deacriminated against me and I could have sued them for millions. Just save yourself the trouble don't work there very high churn too
