- absurdly low pay, even by industry standards - expectation to track and justify every second of your work creates unnecessary pressure - direct deposit not offered

Great entry-level job for those wanting to get their foot in the door for various industries like print and digital publishing, project management, design, sales, and software. On-the-job training, lots of opportunities to learn new skills, and a very relaxed work atmosphere. One of the best places I've worked at hands down. Opened many doors for me. Great benefits, health insurance, PTO, flex-work.
Cons
Pay is not ideal for mid to senior level employees.
