While this may take some time to complete your training, we really do try our best to train our scribes to become solo and be prepared to handle every scenario. We always recommend working with your direct supervisor to determine if you are able to be cross-trained in a different specialty of medicine, or at another facility, so that you are always seeing unique cases and continuing to grow in your role.
