Cons outweigh the Pros

Pros

Allows to build invaluable relationships with physicians.

Cons

Poor pay for the work they demand, poor raises, scheduling is a hassle and you get a verbal reprimanding if you need time off. The lead scribes are 20 something's, so there is A LOT of gossiping and talking behind other's back. Communication is poor.
