      Pros

      Great experience if you are pursuing a career in the medical field. Training could be better but it is very helpful nonetheless. The pay is great. $12.00 an hour and paid holidays, not entirely sure if overtime pay is accumulated, I haven't really noticed when looking at my pay stubs.

      Cons

      Some of the coworkers expect you to help them but when you need help, they're either rude towards you or give you excuses. If you're sick, you need a doctors note AND you are responsible for finding a replacement. If not, you need to call the doctor to let them know and/or will be terminated if that happens again.

      Pros

      Good for an undergrad looking for education and experience in medical field.

      Cons

      Highly unprofessional. Classroom training was held in a Starbucks. Also, the training they give you in classroom training is pretty much an intro to pathophysiology. To expect this level of knowledge from someone making $11 an hour is ridiculous. The company motto is "Doctors save lives; scribes save doctors." Such high levels of responsibility and expectations of knowledge deserve a higher pay rate.
