We truly value that this is a great opportunity for those looking to further education by going to Medical School/PA School/etc. Depending on the area you work in, we always recommend working with your direct supervisor to determine if you are able to be cross-trained in a different specialty of medicine, or at another facility, so that you are always seeing unique cases and continuing to grow in your role.
