The pay doesn't really reflect how hard you work especially if you're with certain physicians. Upper management is not supportive and doesn't really do anything until the clients become unhappy, expecting those that have much less experience and make significantly less than them to simply suck it up and handle anything and everything, most of the time without any real guidance or assistance. There are essentially no benefits from the company, you're given one shirt for free even if you're a full-time employee and are expected to pay $25+ for any additional uniform shirts that you require even though you make very little.
