      - LOTS and LOTS of behind-the-scenes exposure - Great connection with providers and nurses - Lots of experience in the EMR systems - Good intro job for the healthcare field

      Cons

      - Low pay - Schedule isn't as flexible - Management does not really care, just needs to fill the schedule/coverage - Holidays are mandatory/rotated

We feel that this is the pinnacle opportunity for our employees to really grow and prepare themselves when they go to Medical School/PA School/etc. This is why being a medical scribe is such a great experience as you really do get to see firsthand how medicine functions, which is something you really can’t get from other jobs or volunteer work. We work very hard to maintain our place as the industry leader and strive to always be competitive in every market.
