Great Job! Feel as if under paid

Pros

Working this job is super awesome if yo are looking to go into the health care field! You get to go in the room with the patient ( Emergency Room) And listen to what the patient says and what the doctor does to try and treat them.

Cons

I feel as if we are being under paid. Yo start of with $8 until your 90th day then you receive a raise to $10. I honestly made more when I worked at a pizza place.

If you're a med student, this is a great opportunity to learn. If you're looking to make money, understand your job, and enjoy what you do, keep looking.

Cons

Training after the courses was vague, unhelpful and messy. I still haven't met my boss and I've worked here for 5 months. Her form of communication is leaving things in a folder in the scribe file cabinet. The company is unorganized, highly understaffed, and full of empty promises. Oh you're certified to be a trainer? Okay, wait a year for your bonus. Oh you work overnights? Wait 6 months for your differential. Oh, you're busy this week? Here, have 5 overnight shifts in a row. A mess. I enjoy my coworkers and the doctors I work with, but don't expect this to be a forever job. I truly hope everyone does not share my experience.
