We feel that this is the pinnacle opportunity for our employees to really grow and prepare themselves when they go to Medical School/PA School/etc. I am sorry to hear that you weren't able to experience the flexiblility that being a medical scribe can have. We always recommend working with your direct supervisor to determine if you are able to be cross-trained in a different specialty of medicine, or at another facility, so that you are always seeing unique cases and continuing to grow in your role or even find a site that fits your schedule better.
