Depending on the area you work in, we always recommend working with your direct supervisor to determine if you are able to be cross-trained in a different specialty of medicine, or at another facility, so that you are always seeing unique cases and continuing to grow in your role.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us this review. We are very happy to see that you are taking the opportunity to network and gain exposure for yourself in your medical facility. We feel that this is the pinnacle opportunity for our employees to really grow and prepare themselves when they go to Medical School/PA School/etc. We do like to promote from within and a large portion of our higher level management/corporate roles/etc all started out as scribes.
