We truly value that this is a great opportunity for those looking to further education by going to Medical School/PA School/etc. We appreciate hearing you enjoy working with the providers at your facility, and are happy to have such great partnerships where our scribes feel welcomed. While having some prior medical experience can be very helpful, at ScribeAmerica we are very proud to offer such in-depth classroom training with ScribeU and floor training program to help prepare all our employees to work as a scribe. We do our best to train our scribes to become solo, and try to train for every scenario.

      Incredibly easy and efficient application

      Pros

      The application process was impressively quick and efficient, without sacrificing thoroughness. The team was very responsive every step of the way and made sure I felt supported throughout. They guided me clearly through each stage, answered all my questions promptly, and kept everything moving smoothly. It was one of the most well-organized hiring experiences I’ve had.

      Cons

      The process moved at a fast pace, which might feel a bit overwhelming if you prefer more time to reflect or prepare between steps. There were a few points where having more upfront detail about the role or expectations would’ve been helpful. However, throughout the process, they did offer moments where you could step back and return later, which helped balance the overall pace and made it feel more manageable.
