We feel that this is the pinnacle opportunity for our employees to really grow and prepare themselves when they go to Medical School/PA School/etc. This is why being a medical scribe is such a great experience as you really do get to see firsthand how medicine functions, which is something you really can’t get from other jobs or volunteer work.

      I have complaints about the hiring process.

      Cons

      I was recently hired by scribe america. I accepted a job offer and signed the work agreement. They recently told me that I am no longer eligible to work at scribe america due to a schedule change. This change was indicated in my application as I am a full time college student and my availability will change in the fall. This is truly unacceptable to offer someone a job, have them sign the work agreement, and then reject them from the job before even the first day. Start reading applications more carefully!
