Pros

I had a largely good experience with ScriptPro as a private company, Co-workers and management were very friendly, helpful, and patient. Lots of support for new employees and very little micro-managing for employees who understood their positions well. Pace is fast at first but as you become more competent, the job gets exponentially easier. Great for self-directed personality types who like finding their own ways to be efficient and don't want to deal directly with customers on a daily basis. The facilities are quite nice, which also helps keep morale high.

Cons

Steep learning curve at first. Good procedural memory is required. The company is corporatizing. It's absolutely going to radically change the way the company operates and likely for the worse. It's very hard to say if any of the pros I experienced while working there will still exist next year. As someone in my 30's who is married, in good health, with no children, the health benefits on offer were essentially worthless. The extensions to my spouse were more expensive and more limited than if she had purchased her own insurance. I chose ScriptPro because I wanted benefits for my wife so we could start a family but they didn't help us at all. Poor 401k contribution matching. The business model of the company is driven almost entirely by fluctuating government policies, which makes for extremely turbulent conditions. I was laid off suddenly with next-to-zero notice after 9 months of employment, despite a sterling performance record. I can only imagine that once the company goes corporate, these issues of job insecurity and poor benefits will only worsen.

Pros

They know how to make you feel dump when you are not

Cons

Well, I heard about people who don't quit toxic or abusive relationship in the past. I just don't know why I stayed here for years. The company was created in the US more specifically in KS. Scriptpro has gone international with machines in Canada, Middle East and other places. However, these folks still acting like people in Paola KS and never went elsewhere. I never worked for a company where racism, xenophobia and nepotism is displayed live and nobody said nothing. I was fed-up with all the BS that goes in Robotics and resigned without securing another job. They make you believe you are worthless. Never got a positive reviews from managers. I wanted to sue them but felt bad because the owner is a good person. If you black or someone who speaks another language, pleaaaase stay away from the robotics department. Some of the ATLs -not all- are very unprofessional and rude. One of them insulted me without knowing his mic was hot. Somehow, the manager defended him to death even knowing the guy is recidivist . Managers and ATLs usually have meetings, somehow, you can tell if you were a subject of the bullies. The manager will send you emails with false claims which you have to justify. Most of the emails they send to you must be acknowledge (weird intimidation technics). Lady Gaga in there will connect on days she does not work just to micro-managed things employees are doing. Micro-management kicked in as soon as we went remote even knowing our performance was great. If lady Gaga does not like your head, you will remain there for years without advancing. I got two job offers three weeks after I left the robotics department with wage higher than what they paid me. PLEASE THINK BEFORE YOU APPLY IN ROBOTICS
