Supportive management that helps you find your place in the company. Room for advancement if you work for it. Great atmosphere where everyone seems to be on the same team. The pay seems fair and I've received a few raises since getting hired. The benefits are nice and provide good coverage at a reasonable price. They have professionals coming to campus all the time to help you with your 401k. I have never worked for a company that has done so much to make me feel valued and welcome. I started here as a contractor assembly tech that came in during a large project. I ended up getting hired and I've moved up the ladder rather swiftly. They also have some cool features on campus such as the free fitness center, small convenience stores, and free food on the regular being brought in by other employees. Add on top the large parties and events that are thrown year round, it really is a great place to work. I come into work every day happy to be there and see everyone I work with.

I worked for ScriptPro just under two years. Had a lot of health related stuff going on but their HR dept. was phenomenal. I enjoyed working at ScriptPro and participating in KC Corporate Challenge events. Had to leave due to some mental health issues I'm working through but I had a blast working here, highly recommend.
