It’s not a large company. If you need big company culture, this is not for you. People are expected to do a lot without big company resources.

Toxic Leadership in EMEA Region: The leadership in the EMEA region can exhibit a toxic management style, which can negatively impact employee morale and well-being. 3. Excessive Pressure on Sales Team: The sales team at ScyllaDB faces excessive pressure and a lack of appreciation, with even top-performing representatives at risk of being fired each quarter. In 2023 four AE’s were fired only in EMEA. 4. Privacy and Trust Concerns: The use of tools to track employees' activities, including mandatory camera usage during internal meetings, raises concerns about privacy and trust within the company.
