Pros

A great company to work for! They provide adequate support, with your PSI supervisor checking in to help and assess the child's progress every few days.

Cons

Not enough time interacting with coworkers - most of your time is spent in schools in direct service with kids.

Pros

Friendly coworkers, positive climate, tuition support! Truly supportive supervisors and genuine administrative leadership! I truly enjoy working for this company.

Cons

Not enough time off in first six months. Only earning one day a month. After six months you are allowed to take a deficit, but it seems many staff have a deficit and can’t get out or get written up for taking needed time.
