      Pros

      SDG's Work environment is very good, Flexible timing, Good HR policies and great teams as well. as a fresher level it's a best for learning and enhancing your skills and technology.

      Cons

      Looks good from outside but from technology perspective, some people lack vision and analytical capabilities. Before I decided to join this company I was hearing some good things but after started working here didn't find anything interesting apart from one interesting fact that they provide really good gifts for festivals like Holi Diwali. But that cannot be a deciding factor to join. I would say just clarify the things from work perspective and if that satisfies your need, you can join
