      Pros

      SDG is a good company to work for. The compensation they offer is not the best but better than the average.

      Cons

      - I had to relocate from TX to CT in order to work for SDG. I think they could have done better with their relocation package. - Opportunities for moving up the ladder are limited since SDG usually employs you to work as a contractor for another company and you don't have the opportunity to advance in your role as compared to direct employees of that company
