      Work life balanced. Employee friendly, good environment, good management.

      Cons

      Try to distribute geographically. Only in Noida and Hyderabad. Should have offices and work in other cities like Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore. Lacking somewhere on onsite opportunities front.

      Work from home facility Good salary comparing other IT company Located in central of Noida. Easy to commute with metro

      There's no development work Totally depend on one client. There is no interaction with management... No cab facility There is only support or maintenance work.

      1. Not that I can think of. 2. Good location in Noida.

      Cons

      1. Too much politics. 2. Team Leader suppress star performers. 3. Pathetic Working condition. 4. Old Legacy Projects with nothing to do but support. 5. Middle management is filled with 500 year old employees/managers. 6. Extremely poor technology stack. Hardly anything to learn. 7. Night Shifts.
