Pros
I didn't have to payback relocation. I would have left even if I had been required to payback quadruple the amount.
Cons
out of touch management, horrible working conditions in a dark room where employees barely spoke to one another, other contractors watching and taking notes on all activities from going to the restroom to going outside to go to lunch or just going outside.
