      Not much pressure of work, Good inhand salary, SOme teams are good to work with, I have enjoyed full over there

      Parties are not much, There should be more work, In non-GE domain, firing is also there, Overall good company, No onsite opportunity

      -Flexible Shift Timings that is the only thing good here.

      Managers are pathetic in there team handling skills No learning opportunities besides the limited work that you do Appraisals are not at all performance based for all the employees No external trainings No project transitions No growth opportunities Bottomline:if u r lazy and can compromise on salary for flexiblity with no urge for learning and growth this is the ideal place for you.
