Pros

They celebrate major Indian festivals. Mode of work hybrid. Provide certification and can be reimbursed according to the skill set needed.

Cons

Bad ethics in specially in Noida very ill cultured. Less diversity. Company Finances are weak in 2023 and in 24, decreasing sales and clients. Silent lay offs are pretty common here and job security is a myth.

Job Security is not much they hire multiple people for same client with no backup plan once the client is gone most of the people on that project will lose the job
