      Pros

      Good take home salary, This company had been strong in recession and never laid off anyone, As long as you are technically good its a great place for you

      Cons

      Work environment is not so good , In the recent past when there were lots of employees all were seated in cramped spaces. Does not have meeting rooms that could be used for client calls.

      1) Work from Home 2) OK pay and OK work environment (Good colleagues)

      Cons

      1) Still growing but direction (vision) is not clear 2) Support based business model(shifts) 3) Only 2 in 10 projects are good for learning 4)They have no clear vision of near future business so they around 100 people for a project for project which lasts 3-4 months and after that employees feel cheated as they are moved to support shifts
