When I started it was the best job I ever had. Great engineers, production staff was committed to quality products.

Cons

Corporate "one size fits all" policies written by people from far away and who had never even heard of this subsidiary, combined with a local management team of people who were better at "climbing ladders" and telling superiors what they want to hear than they were at leading people.
