Good opportunity for work experience but company is stagnant and in need of new corporate leadership

Pros

Work with incredible animals and incredible people. Learn a lot of useful skills from people with decades experience in the zoological industry. Be part of a team dedicated to education and conservation.

Cons

Facilities are old and need upgrading. Corporate leadership has caused progress to stagnate, and wages are horribly lacking even by industry standards, causing high turnover rates. There are sometimes big gaps in communication between departments.
