Excellent opportunities for career growth. The company offers tuition reimbursement. Senior leadership is professional and competent. Great benefits when compared to other companies in the area. Good communication to employees when things happen with the company.

Cons

The park is open all year round and it is hard to take vacation around the holidays. Pay is generally on the low side.

This workplace is extremely unhealthy due to management not irradicating employees who are destructive to morale. It is a good place for inexperienced people to gain experience.

Cons

In-flexible schedules. Promotions based on favoritism. Little chance of more than minimal advancement. Extremely low salary. Work schedules un- healthily varied.
