Pros

Money was pretty good for that area, yet still below what competitors are paying. Learned Spanish.

Cons

Management lacks knowledge of lean manufacturing practices. Industrial Hygiene and Safety is pretty much thrown out the window. Management from middle to top lacks basic workplace professionalism. I've never seen so much infidelity in general let alone in a workplace.....sometimes it felt like the set of a weird tv show. HR is making operations related decisions, meanwhile all operations managers care about is the almighty dollar. It doesn't matter if people are injured or if there is a fire....THE LINE MUST NOT STOP. Heaven forbid if they miss out on killing a couple hogs because someone on the floor passed out.
