Pros

Various tasks rather than complete repetition

Cons

No growth, not only will your efficiency go unnoticed it will also go uncompensated. Start out at 2$ less than your ceiling. Far more obstacles to overcome than in similar positions. Faced with bio security where one small honest mistake will loose you your job (such as not switching into the set of boots when leaving or entering a property) the challenge of doing a basic task yet always with added hazard (livestock bombarding your footing, biting on you in large volume) none of which is accounted for in pay. So many extra steps to accomplish the same goal should be compensated. No complacency, and truly undervalued for those maintaining production.
