The business has been very flexible with accommodating schedules due to COVID. The firm holds employee meat sales twice a year and also gives out turkeys each year for Christmas. The company hosts a large social gathering at the American Royal and also throws an annual Christmas Party.

Cons

The company org chart is relatively flat which limits opportunities to move up within the organization.
