Thank you for your feedback. At Seaboard Foods, our corporate office has grown rapidly and we believe employees do best when they feel connected and understand why we do what we do. That’s why we foster a culture of asking why. Because we have questioned practices, analyzed practices and invested in improvements, we have been able to grow the business and provide new opportunities for our employees. Our process is to post each position, review all qualified applicants and select the a candidate who is most likely to be successful in the position while meeting the company’s business needs. While we often promote internally, we recognize that some positions require skillsets that don’t align well with every internal candidate. Our people are our number one investment; therefore we encourage our employees to work with their manager and human resources to share and discuss their needs, ideas, and concerns about their career goals.
