Pros

i feel that Seaboard Foods offers a very competitive salary and benefit package to it's management positions. it offers up to date training on issues and standards that have to do with our buisness and items concerning food safety, as well as employee safety.

Cons

Some of the problems that i have faced are not being able to replace equipment in what i think is a timely manner. Sometimes the work load demand becomes a little unbearable in what they want use to accomplish in a short amount of time.
