Pros

Good pay and benefits, and I did have a cool supervisor. It's also unionized which is a plus

Cons

Management plays favourites, they don't listen to the workers, the cryovac keeps malfunctioning causing extra work, it takes forever to get anything fixed, if your PPE is stolen, you have to pay for it, and the thief faces no consequences, and the thing that made me want to write this review: I was being harassed by a couple coworkers including a union steward. I went to HR and told them all the details. A couple days later, I was taken to HR. I was terminated because "multiple witnesses" reported that I was "screaming on the floor" which was a complete lie. Michelle, the HR manager who fired me, refused to give any details. Where did The screaming take place? What was happening? She just kept repeating that she was going by the witness testimonies. Not only that, but she accused me of lying about being harassed because the two coworkers I reported were supposedly never in the area the harassment took place. I told her she can check the cameras and gave her the date, time, and location, but she refused to look. She said the decision was final. She fired me because of what multiple people claimed and nothing else and didn't give me a chance to defend myself or anything. Keep in mind multiple can mean anything more than 1, even just two. I was being harassed by two people. This was a clear case of retaliation and wrongful termination. They could have easily seen I was telling the truth and was innocent if they actually investigated and not just went with witness testimonies.
