Cons

CEO is smart but not a good person — Very poor communication, lack of objectivity, clear favoritism toward younger employees and/or attractive females, disregard for wellbeing of most employees.

- room for growth - career opportunities - diverse enterprise structure - multinational - vertically integrated - close-knit environment (can also be viewed as a con)

- close-knit environment (can also be viewed as a pro) - pay rate low compared to market - lack of work-life balance - lack of racial diversity at the corp level - lack of continual training/development - not the best benefits for young employees - limited maternity and paternity leave - lack of IT strategic planning - resistance to change - lack of communication from executives - family-politic heavy

Due to cyber security the lack of understanding from the Corp IT dept to provide support and meet the needs of some employees.
