Cons

There are fewer opportunities for those who are not educated, technical, and innovative. The industry is one that is often vulnerable to highs and lows in the demand cycle, thus there are more regular layoffs than other industries.

Design center's communication to factory is not opening, especially Singapore's design center, as several FA departments, the work assign of each dept. is not very clear, problems on management
