takes 36 years of experience and just throws it out the door, no loyalty to long time employees, all they care about is profits. they have lay offs every year to increase their profits. forced time off to reduce your vacation time, reduce your vacation time accrual rates after you earned them. this is not a good company to work for. take my advice and go work for someone else.
