      Pros

      - If you want a retirement life, this is the place to be - Pace is relatively slow - Colleagues are friendly and helpful - Even, engineers have OT pay, flat rate $18/hour, which is lower than normal working hour rate

      Cons

      - Package is not competitive, fringe benefit is very low - Multiple force leaves that deduct your AL - Not much career progression - Company is not growing in general - Process engineer need to be almost 24/7 on call, although not required to go back to plant, but need to response with multi Whatapps chat
